Quotes, delivery, fleet, and finance — private client

Distribution operations system

An operations system for a distribution business: quotes, orders, delivery permits, representatives, warehouse, and invoices. The client and the live URL stay private; the screens show how the system works.

What it is

This is a private-client operations desk. A quote becomes an order, a delivery permit and GRN close the load, then sales invoices and collection follow. A live command dashboard shows the day. The company name and public URL are withheld on purpose.

Features

  • Quotes to delivery

A quote becomes an order, then a delivery note, then collection.

  • Fleet and reps

Representatives and delivery sit on the same operating path.

  • Private client

The client name and private URL are not published; the screens show how the system runs.

Components

Inside: a command dashboard, quotes, customer and purchase orders, delivery permits and GRN, sales invoices, statements, attendance, warehouse, finance, parties, and roles so each desk sees its own work.

  • 01

    Quotes

Create a quote, follow its status, and turn it into a customer order.

  • 02

    Delivery

Delivery permits, drivers, vehicles, and GRN until the load is complete.

  • 03

    Warehouse

Stock and goods-received notes sit on the same operating path.

  • 04

    Invoices

Sales invoices and collection follow after delivery.

The work

I worked on the operating path: quotes, orders, delivery permits, representatives, warehouse, and the finance follow-up after delivery — without publishing the client’s identity or live domain.
