FR Manager

What it is

FR Manager is a multi-tenant Arabic platform for running an ISP/WISP network. The public site and the signed-in panel are the same product: live sessions, collection, voucher stock, and MikroTik gear in one place. A network can keep its data in the cloud, on its own machine through an outbound Edge gateway, or locally with an encrypted cloud backup.

• One Arabic ops desk

  Sessions, collection, vouchers, and MikroTik in the same panel — desktop and phone.

• Cloud or on-site data

  The ISP chooses cloud-managed data, a local database through Edge, or local plus encrypted backup.

• RADIUS in the daily path

  A subscriber and a plan become a RADIUS account and session — not a separate tool.

• Vouchers to the shop floor

  Batches, print, outlet stock, and sales sit on one path.

• Two currencies, one product

  Platform subscription is USD; the network’s collection and expenses use the network currency.

• Reach the router without opening ports

  Edge starts an outbound HTTPS link, or a WireGuard VPN gateway, so the panel can reach MikroTik behind NAT.

Components

Inside: a cloud Next.js panel (tRPC, Prisma, PostgreSQL), an optional FR Edge image with Connector and RADIUS, MikroTik via Connector jobs or a WireGuard VPN gateway, prepaid voucher batches and POS outlets, invoices and partner ledgers in the network’s currency, and platform SaaS billing in USD.

  Subscriber files, plans, renewals, remaining data, expiry, and connection state.

  RADIUS hotspot/PPPoE sessions, device status, backups, and Edge or VPN access without inbound ports.

  Collection, expenses, debts, and partner accounts in the network’s own currency.

The work

I built and shipped the live platform: the operations desk, subscribers and plans, vouchers and POS, finance, RADIUS/MikroTik paths, the Edge/cloud data modes, and the public site at panel.sanad-ye.com.
